Brandywine Carpentry Co. ("we") is a carpentry company operated by Dylan Flogaus in Delaware. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and your job description.
- Call information if you phone us: your number, the time and length of the call, and (only if we tell you at the start of the call) a recording.
- Basic technical data: pages visited, referring site, browser type, and approximate location from IP address, collected by our hosting provider and privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To call you back, talk through your project, quote it, and complete the work.
- To follow up on your job, check quality, and handle any concerns.
- To prevent spam and fraud and to keep the site working.
Who we share it with
We may share your details with trusted subcontractors when needed to complete your job. We also use service providers (website hosting, form processing, email, and phone services) who handle data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about your project by call, text, and email, as described on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Retention
We keep customer records for up to 24 months for quoting, warranty, and dispute purposes, then delete them.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out, email TODO-contact-email@example.com. Delaware residents may have additional rights under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, and we will honor those requests.
